    Die Deutsche Schillergesellschaft e.V. beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Forschungsarchivs "Tor zur Literatur". Für die Maßnahme werden Tragwerksplanungsleistungen gemäß § 51 HOAI, voraussichtlich Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 (gegebenenfalls zuzüglich Besondere oder zusätzliche Leistungen), erforderlich. Diese werden im Verhandlungsverfahren nach VgV europaweit ausgeschrieben: - Stufe 1: Präqualifikationsverfahren - Stufe 2: Verhandlungsverfahren mit Bieterpräsentationen Der Bauherr beabsichtigt nach aktuellem Stand die stufenweise Beauftragung (1 bis 3 und 4 bis 6). Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass kein Anspruch auf Realisierung/Projektumsetzung besteht. Darüber hinaus behält sich der Auftraggeber vor, die Bauleitung regional einzufordern.
