Lot LOT-0000: Quartierwerkstatt Ludwigshöhviertel
Die Quartierwerkstatt wird ab Anfang 2028 im Familienzentrum angesiedelt und soll eine niedrigschwellige Anlaufstelle für alle Bewohner*innen und Akteure des Quartiers sein. Im Vorfeld soll mit einer mobilen Stadtteil-/ Quartiers-/ Gemeinwesenarbeit begonnen werden, um die künftige Quartierwerkstatt sowie deren Ziele und Angebote einzuführen und bekannter zu machen. Der Auftrag gliedert sich daher in zwei Leistungsphasen. Es ist sowohl ein Konzept für die Übergangszeit bis zur Eröffnung der Quartierwerkstatt (Leistungsphase I) sowie ein Konzept für den dauerhaften Betrieb der Quartierwerkstatt gefordert (Leistungsphase II). Ziel der Quartierwerkstatt ist es, ein lebendiges, nachhaltiges und gutes Miteinander der Bewohner*innen zu schaffen. Vorrangige Aufgabe der Quartierwerkstatt im Ludwigshöhviertel ist daher die Begleitung, Koordination und Organisation neuer Nachbarschaften. Die aktuellen und zukünftigen Bewohner*innen sollen aktiv in die Gestaltung ihres Umfelds einbezogen werden. Dies erfordert eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Akteuren und die Entwicklung von Angeboten, die den Bedürfnissen und Interessen der Bewohnerschaft entsprechen. Aufgabe der Quartierwerkstatt ist es, die Bedarfe kontinuierlich zu erfassen, Lösungsmöglichkeiten entsprechend darzustellen und ggf. selbst Angebote zu entwickeln. Die Übergangsphase mit einer mobilen Stadtteil-/ Gemeinwesenarbeit bietet die Chance, Beziehungen aufzubauen, Bedarfe unmittelbar zu erkennen und die spätere Einrichtung gemeinsam mit den Menschen im Quartier zu entwickeln.
