Gegenstand dieser Beschaffung ist der 2. Bauabschnitt mit dem Projekttitel "Vorbereitung der Standortkonzentration von Aerzen nach Rinteln" - konkret geht es um die Vorbereitung der Standortkonzentration durch Sanierung und Umstrukturierung des Nordflügels am Klinikstandort Rinteln. Die Burghof-Klinik betreibt als Fachklinik für Psychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie Einrichtungen zur Behandlung psychischer Erkrankungen an den Standorten Rinteln, Stadthagen und Aerzen. Im Rahmen einer Standortkonzentration soll der Betrieb künftig zentral am Hauptstandort im ehemaligen Kreiskrankenhaus Rinteln (Virchowstraße 5/9, 31737 Rinteln) gebündelt werden . Nach baulicher Fertigstellung des 1. Bauabschnitts (Patientenbetrieb seit August 2019) erfolgt die weitere Umsetzung in zwei Bauabschnitten. Der hier ausgeschriebene 2. Bauabschnitt umfasst ausschließlich den Nordflügel des Bestandsgebäudes und bildet die Vorbereitung für die spätere vollständige Standortkonzentration im 3. Bauabschnitt (Ost-, Süd- und Westflügel sowie Küche, gesondertes Verfahren).

    Die Baumaßnahme im Nordflügel umfasst im Wesentlichen umfangreiche Umstrukturierungen im Bestand, die energetische Sanierung der Gebäudehülle sowie die technische und funktionale Ertüchtigung des viergeschossigen, in den 1980er Jahren errichteten Gebäudeteils, einschließlich Anpassungen der Fassade und Fenster, der Grundrisse sowie der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Elektro, Raumlufttechnik, Sanitär, Heizung/Geothermie) . Die Ausführung erfolgt im Bestand bei aufrechterhaltenem, laufendem Klinikbetrieb sowie unter Berücksichtigung angrenzender, nicht vom Umbau betroffener Nutzungseinheiten (u. a. Arztpraxen). Besondere Anforderungen ergeben sich hieraus insbesondere hinsichtlich Hygiene, Brandschutz, Lärm- und Erschütterungsmanagement, Bauablauf- und Nutzerkoordination sowie Sicherheits- und Suizidpräventionsmaßnahmen im Umgang mit einem sensiblen Patientenklientel. Das Bauvorhaben wird mit Mitteln des Landes Niedersachsen gefördert. Auftraggeberin ist die Burghof-Klinik GmbH, Virchowstraße 5, 31737 Rinteln.
