Neubau Klinikgebäude BT 6.1.1 mit einem Brutto-Rauminhalt nach DIN 277 von ca. 108.000 m³, aufgeteilt in 2 unterirdische und 5 oberirdische Geschosse mit Anbindung an die Bestandsmagistrale. Neubau Technikzentrale T2 mit einem Brutto-Rauminhalt nach DIN 277 von ca. 10.605 m³, aufgeteilt in 2 unterirdische und 4 oberirdische Geschosse. Umzug des vorhandenen Patientenüberwachungssystems Fabrikat Philips aus den Bestand in den Neubau BT 6.1.1, inkl. Ergänzung und Erweiterung. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt wird in den bestehenden Funktionsstellen OP und ICU Patientenmonitoring Fabrikat Philips eingesetzt. Diese sind aufgrund der Erweiterung der vorhandenen Funktionsstellen zwingend zu übernehmen und in den Neubau BT 6.1.1 umzuziehen. Die vorhandene Ausstattung ist aufgrund der Erweiterung der Funktionsstellen entsprechend zu erweitern und ergänzen. Da ein Großteil der Ausstattung (Bettmonitore, Module, Zentralen etc) vorhanden ist, ist die Fabrikatsvorgabe zwingend gegeben.
