Die Ausschreibung umfasst Leistungen im Bereich des infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements für die Abschiebungssicherungseinrichtung in Volkstedt. Die Abschiebungssicherungseinrichtung (ASE) des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt ist eine spezielle Hafteinrichtung gemäß § 62 a Aufenthaltsgesetz (AufenthG). Die ASE ist eine dem Landesverwaltungsamt Sachsen-Anhalt (LVwA) nachgeordnete untere Landesbehörde. Das LVwA ist mit der unmittelbaren Dienst- und Fachaufsicht über die ASE betraut. Die ASE befindet sich angrenzend an die Justizvollzugsanstalt Volkstedt auf einem 11.000 qm großem Gelände in der Lutherstadt Eisleben Ortsteil Volkstedt im Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz. Die ASE verfügt über ein Pfortengebäude sowie über ein Unterbringungsgebäude (insgesamt 2 Gebäude). Zudem umfassen die Außenanlagen der ASE zwei getrennte Freihofanlagen zur Durchführung von Freigängen / Freizeit- und Sportaktivitäten der Untergebrachten. Die vom künftigen Auftragnehmer zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere Gebäude- und Glasreinigung sowie einen Streu- und Räumungsdienst (Winterdienst).
