    Badewassertechnik und MSR-Technik für Neubau Hallenbad und Grundsanierung Freibad 11 Beckenwasserkreise mit Unterdruckfiltern und Chlorgasanlagen zahlreiche Wasserattraktionen vollständige Gebäudeautomation mit rd. 2.500 Datenpunkten in 2 technisch miteinander zusammenhängenden Objekten inkl. Wartung für 4 Jahre Kurze Leistungsbeschreibung Für den Neubau des Hallen- und die Grundsanierung des Freibads auf dem "Wartberg" in Pforzheim sind die badewassertechnischen Anlagen mitsamt der zugehörigen, alle technischen Anlagen übergreifenden Steuer- und Regelungstechnik zu liefern, installieren und in Betrieb zu nehmen. Insgesamt zu realisieren sind 11 Stk. Beckenwasserkreise mit einer Umwälzleistung von insgesamt rd. 2.000 m3/h. Die Filter sind als Unterdruckfilter auszuführen. Die Desinfektion erfolgt mit Chlorgas. Ebenso beinhaltet sind 2 Stk. Spülabwasseraufbereitungsanlagen (Typ 1 und Typ 3). Die Becken des Hallenbads sind überwiegend gefliest, das Freibad verfügt überwiegend über Edelstahlbecken. Lieferung und Einbau der jeweils erforderlichen Beckeneinbauteile zählt zum Auftragsumfang. Beide technisch verbundenen Teilobjekte sind jeweils mit Rutschen, zahlreichen Wasserattraktionen und einem Spraypark ausgestattet. Der badewassertechnische Rohrleitungsbau erfolgt sowohl in den ca. 150 m voneinander entfernten technischen Zentralen von Hallen- und Freibad, als auch erdverlegt in der dazwischen befindlichen Liegewiese, u. a. zur Anbindung verschiedener Becken, teils unter erschwerten räumlichen Bedingungen einer darüber befindlichen Bodenplatte. Zum Auftragsumfang zählt ebenfalls die Automation der gesamten Badewasser- und Gebäudetechnik auf Grundlage einer schnell reagierenden SPS nach Industriestandard, mit Kommunikation der einschl. Schaltschrankbau herzustellenden 9 ISPs über das Profinet-Protokoll. Die Automation auf dem verzweigten Areal beinhaltet rd. 2.500 Datenpunkte einschl. Feldgeräten. Über die systemkonforme Gebäudeleittechnik steuert sie als integriertes System die komplexen technischen, teilweise sicherheitsrelevanten Einrichtungen des Kombibads. Die internen und externen (Fernwartung, Alarmierung) Kommunikationswege sind mit Blick auf Cybersicherheit datentechnisch zu trennen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ferner die Wartung der gesamten vorstehenden Anlagen für die Dauer von 4 Jahren.
