Projektsteuerungsleistung für FoBau Active Sites: Die Universität Duisburg-Essen benötigt einen Projektsteuerer für den Forschungsneubau "Active Sites" am Campus Essen. Der Forschungsneubau soll für eine Nutzung von ca. 120 Personen dienen und eine Nutzfläche (NUF 1-6) von ca. 4.650 qm vorhalten. Der überwiegende Teil der Fläche soll für Labore (ca. 2.600 qm) genutzt werden. Die Anforderungen an die Labore sind hoch, da es sich um hochinstallierte Labore (Chemie-Labore, physikalisch-chemische Labore, Laser Labore, S1/R1) handelt. Zudem sollen Büroräume (ca. 1.600 qm), Besprechungs- und Seminarräume sowie Verkehrs- und Lagerflächen entstehen.

  1. Lot LOT-0001: Active Sites Projektsteuerung, Auftragsänderung 01-21-TE CB SF

    Gegenstand ist die Auftragserweiterung der ursprünglich beauftragten Projektsteuerung. Die Universität Duisburg-Essen (UDE) hat BMP Baumanagement GmbH (nachfolgend bezeichnet als "BMP") mit Projektsteuerungsvertrag Stand 18.01.2021 über das Bauvorhaben "Neubau ACTIVE SITE - Grundstück Areal Thurmfeld" mit Projektsteuerungsleistungen nach AHO Heft 9 für die Projektstufen 1 bis 5 beauftragt. Als Gesamtvergütung für alle Projektstufen 1 bis 5 wurden im Vertrag insgesamt 762.000,00 EUR netto vereinbart. Der spätere, mit Steuerungsterminplan BMP vom 01.09.2025 und Zahlungsplan BMP vom 17.06.2026 konkretisierte Leistungs- und Zahlungsplan weist unter Einbeziehung von Projektstufen 1 bis 5 sowie zusätzlichen Nachtrags- und Projektleitungspositionen eine Gesamt-Nettovergütung von 1.160.551,97 EUR netto aus. Der Projektverlauf ist durch einen detaillierten Terminplan strukturiert; zentrale Meilensteine sind u.a. die Vergabe der GU-Leistungen, der Baubeginn am 08.01.2024, die Übergabe an den Nutzer am 20.09.2028 sowie der Projektabschluss (Schlussrechnung, Dokumentation etc.) am 31.12.2028. Mit Nachtragsangebot Nr. 11 vom 22.08.2024, dessen aktueller Auftragswert nach Mitteilung der UDE 97.604,00 EUR netto beträgt, sollen Projektleitungsleistungen für den Zeitraum 2026-2027 als Nachtrag zum Hauptauftrag Projektsteuerung beauftragt werden. Diese Leistungen betreffen insbesondere die kontinuierliche Projektleitung in der Phase der Ausführung und des Projektabschlusses.
