    Der 2. BA der Förderschule 53 (Comeniusschule) beinhaltet die brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung und umfangreiche Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes (inkl. Erneuerung aller Sanitärbereiche, Ersatz von Bodenbelägen, Malern aller Wände) sowie die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsbaus an der nord-westlichen Giebelseite des Gebäudes. Die Grundfläche des viergeschossigen Ensembles beträgt etwa 65,0 m x 16,5 m. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: - Anstrich auf Trockenbauwänden - 2.010 m² - Erstanstrich auf geputztem Mauerwerk - 1.200 m² - Deckenanstrich auf GK-Abhangdecken - 2620 m² - Altbeschichtungen reinigen und mit Überholungsanstrich versehen - 5.500 m² - Anstrich an Treppengeländern und Handläufen (ein Treppenhaus über 4 Etagen, 1 Treppenhaus über 3 Etagen)
