  1. Lot LOT-0000: HMWEVL, FBT BA 9-11 + Sprinkler , HKLS ALG 1-3 und 7-8

    Das Hessische Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Energie, Verkehr, Wohnen und ländlicher Raum (HMWVW) wird derzeit auf Grundlage eines existierenden Gesamtkonzeptes saniert. Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren sollte für die Bauabschnitte 09 bis 11 ein Planungsbüro gefunden werden, welches die Leistungen für die technische Ausrüstung gem. § 53 ff HOAI 2021 i.V. mit Anlage 15 zuzüglich besonderer Leistungen übernimmt (Einzelheiten zum Leistungsumfang siehe Vertrag). Das bisherige Planungsteam wurde in Teilen neu besetzt. Neben den hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen wurde in einer separaten Vergabe ein Planungsbüro für Objektplanung Gebäude gesucht. Alle weiteren Disziplinen blieben in der ursprünglichen Besetzung erhalten. _____ Die anrechenbaren Kosten werden derzeit geschätzt auf: KG 300: 1,2 Mio. Euro netto und KG 400: 3,7 Mio. Euro netto. _____ Vorgesehener Zeitplan: Leistungsbeginn: unmittelbar nach Auftragsvergabe (Nov. 2026), Planungsphase (LPH 5) bis Juni 2027, Ausschreibung bis Dez. 2027, Ausführung bis Okt. 2029.
