    Die Gemeinde Grefrath plant die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Rathauses - hierzu soll der denkmalwürdige Altbestand modernisiert und durch einen neuen zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen (Splitlevel), nicht unterkellerten Neubau erweitert werden. Dieser schließt mittels eines kleinen Verbindungsbaus barrierefrei an den bestehenden Altbau an. Der bauseitige Rohbau besteht aus einem Stahlbeton-Kern in überwiegend Ortbetonbauweise sowie aus einschaligem Mauerwerk der Außenwände (Nordfassade und beide Giebelseiten). Die Zimmerarbeiten ergänzen den Rohbau durch ein zweigeschossiges Holz-Tragwerk und einen vorgelagerten Balkon auf der Südseite sowie das Dachtragwerk auf Nord- und Südseite. - ca. 60 m² Holzwolle-Akustik-Abhangdecken vollflächig - ca. 120 m² Holzwolle-Akustik-Abhangdecken als Deckensegel - ca. 24 Stck. PET-Filz-Akustik-Deckensegel 600 - 1200 mm x 2400 mm - ca. 42 m² Akustik-Deckensegel aus Blähglasgranulat inkl. Beschichtung
