From the notice

Auf Beschluss der KMK ist für das Jahr 2028 der erste Ländervergleich zum Erreichen der weiterentwickelten Bildungsstandards für den Primarbereich vorgesehen. Dazu werden ca. 31.850 Schülerinnen und Schüler der 4. Klasse in allen 16 Bundesländern neu entwickelte digitale Kompetenztests in den Fächern Deutsch und Mathematik bearbeiten. Zudem werden den beteiligten Schülerinnen und Schülern, Lehrkräften und Schulleitungen sowie den Eltern bzw. Erziehungsberechtigten der Kinder Fragebögen vorgelegt. Die Ergebnisse des IQB-Bildungstrends 2028 werden in einem Berichtsband dokumentiert und voraussichtlich im Herbst 2029 der Öffentlichkeit vorgestellt. Der hier zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst die Vorbereitung des IQB-Bildungstrends 2028 (einschließlich der Ziehung einer bundesweit und auf Ebene der 16 Bundesländer repräsentativen Stichprobe), ihre Durchführung (Feldarbeit und Datenerhebung), die Datenerfassung und -aufbereitung, die Erstellung von Fallgewichten sowie den Versand von Schulrückmeldungen an die teilnehmenden Schulen.
