Alle generierten Inhalte unterliegen dem Vorbehalt menschlicher Prüfung und Freigabe durch die jeweils zuständige Fachkraft. Dabei müssen allgemeine personenbezogene Daten, fallbezogene personenbezogene Daten sowie besondere Kategorien personenbezogener Daten gemäß Art. 9 DSGVO, insbesondere Gesundheitsdaten, verarbeitet werden. Die Gesamtzahl der Nutzerlizenzen unter dieser Rahmenvereinbarung – einschließlich des Landkreises und aller teilnehmenden Kommunen – beträgt höchstens 2.500. Bei Erreichen dieser Obergrenze werden keine weiteren Abrufe zugelassen.
