Die Bayerischen Staatsforsten AöR (BaySF) beabsichtigen die Beschaffung und Einführung eines integrierten Produktionsplanungs- und -steuerungssystems (PPS) für die digitale Planung, Steuerung, Durchführung und Auswertung forstlicher Maßnahmen. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die durchgängige Digitalisierung und Optimierung der strategischen, operativen und dispositiven Prozesse der Waldbewirtschaftung sowie die Ablösung bestehender Insellösungen und Medienbrüche durch ein zentrales, integriertes System. Das PPS soll insbesondere die Maßnahmenplanung, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätssteuerung, mobile und offlinefähige Arbeitsprozesse im Wald, die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, die Integration von GIS- und SAP-Systemen sowie ein umfassendes Berichtswesen unterstützen. Die Einführung erfolgt modular und schrittweise im Rahmen eines wettbewerblichen Dialogs. Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind neben der Software auch erforderliche Implementierungs-, Integrations-, Projektmanagement-, Schulungs-, Betriebs- und Softwarepflegeleistungen.
