From the notice

Bei den Bauleistungen handelt es sich um die Erstellung der Metallbauarbeiten eines viergeschossigen Dienstgebäudes auf Flächen des MStpkt. Wilhelmshaven. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Gebäudes beträgt ca. 6.500 m² mit einem Bruttorauminhalt von ca. 23.200 m³. Die Arbeiten sind geschossweise durchzuführen. Es handelt sich um eine Bauleistungen entsprechend VOB/A, Abschnitt 3 (VOB-VS). Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen.
