Basis ist im Idealfall eine bereits verfügbare, konfigurierbare Standardlösung. Sie umfasst die Konfiguration vorhandener Standardfunktionen, die Einrichtung der vereinbarten Wissensquellen und die Einbindung einer vorhandenen Standard-Chat-Komponente in die BGE-Website.
