Die Hempelmann Tankstellen- und Waschstraßenbetriebe GmbH aus Hiddenhausen will auf ihrem Betriebsgelände an der Bünder Straße 184 in Hiddenhausen eine Wasserstofftankstelle als Plug-&-Play-System errichten. Das Vorhaben ist ein Umsetzungsprojekt "Lokal-regionale Wasserstofftankstelle" und wird über die Förderrichtlinie "Zukunft Region" des BMWK gefördert. Beschafft wird ein mobiles Tanksystem aus einem Tankcontainer und einem stationären Tankstellencontainer. Die Anlage betankt Heavy-Duty-Fahrzeuge wie Busse, Lkw und Baumaschinen mit mindestens 350 bar und soll rund um die Uhr betrieben werden können. Der Auftrag umfasst Lieferung, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme, eine Bedienerschulung sowie Wartung und Service für sechs Jahre. Gewünschter Liefertermin ist der 31.08.2027.

Lot LOT-0001: Hempelmann - mobile Wasserstofftankstelle
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist eine Wasserstofftankstelle als Plug-&-Play-System. Sie wird auf dem Betriebsgelände der Hempelmann Tankstellen- und Waschstraßenbetriebe GmbH an der Bünder Straße 184 in Hiddenhausen errichtet. Beschafft wird ein mobiles Tanksystem aus einem Tankcontainer (TC) und einem stationären Tankstellencontainer (TS). Es betankt Busse, Lkw und Baumaschinen mit mindestens 350 bar. Der Auftrag umfasst: -Lieferung und Aufstellung der Container einschließlich Erdungs- und Blitzschutzanlage -Inbetriebnahme und Bedienerschulung -Unterstützung beim Erlaubnisverfahren nach § 18 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 BetrSichV -Wartung über sechs Jahre Vergeben wird zum Pauschalpreis. Die Beton- und Tiefbauarbeiten führt der Auftraggeber selbst aus. Mindestanforderungen: - Überströmprinzip mit mindestens 300 bar im TC und 450 bis 500 bar in der TS - Betankung nach SAE J2601/J2601-2, 24/7-Betrieb - Fernüberwachung und eichfähige Mengenmessung - Anschluss höchstens 400 V/63 A - TS: 40-Fuß-Container oder kleiner, Speicher mit mindestens 150 kg - TC: 20-Fuß-Container oder kleiner, Speicher mit mindestens 380 kg - Baumusterzulassung als MEGC nach RL 2010/35/EU und ADR Die weiteren Einzelheiten zu Inhalt und Umfang der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen entnehmen Sie bitte dem Leistungsverzeichnis mit Anlagen (Anlagen B1 und B1-1 bis B1-5). Das Vorhaben wird über die Förderrichtlinie "Zukunft Region" des BMWK gefördert. Gewünschter Liefertermin ist der 30.06.2027.
