  1. Lot LOT-0000: SWG - Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme einer Wärmeübergabestation am MHKW Göppingen

    Die Stadtwerke Göppingen haben im Jahr 2025 den Transformationsplan gemäß BEW Modul 1 beim Fördermittelgeber BAFA abgegeben. Darin wird bereits das erste Maßnahmenpaket beschrieben. Erzeugungsseitig ist das Kernelement der Transformation die Nutzung von unvermeidbarer Abwärme aus der thermischen Abfallbeseitigung. Die Wärme soll über eine große Wärmetransportleitung ("Backbone") in die bestehenden Wärmenetzgebiete verteilt werden. Ggf. werden weitere Absatzpotenziale an der Trasse erschlossen. An der Wärmetransportleitung wird ein Anschluss für eine Fernwärmezentrale bzw. Wärmeübergabestation (Bezeichnung im Folgenden als Wärmeübergabestation) vorgesehen (primärseitig, Bezeichnung im Folgenden auch als MHKW-Netz). Somit wird ermöglicht, dass auf der Sekundärseite der Wärmeübergabestation über ein Transportnetz weitere Abnehmer mit Wärme versorgt werden. Die Wärmeübergabestation wird entsprechend dem Ausbau des Transportnetzes in mehreren Ausbaustufen aufgebaut. Im Endausbau wird eine Wärmeleistung von bis zu 55,8 MWth übertragen werden.
