Lot LOT-0001: Medizinischer Fachhandel
Leistungs- / Auftragsgegenstand ist die Beschaffung von Produkten / Geräten aus dem medizinischen Fachhandel, welche für die Ausstattung der Funktions-/ Untersuchungs-/ Versorgungsräume im Haus 46 (ZfSG) bestimmt sind bzw. benötigt werden. Die Leistung hat nach Maßgabe der "Hinweise zum Vergabeverfahren und Leistungsbeschreibung VGS 20/2026" inklusive Anlagen zu erfolgen. Es gelten ergänzend die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (Anlage 4), die Bestimmungen der Allgemeinen Vertragsbedingungen für die Ausführung von Leistungen ("VOL/B"; in der Fassung vom 05. August 2003), welche durch die Zusätzlichen Vertragsbedingungen für Liefer- und Dienstleistungsaufträge des Universitätsklinikums Carl Gustav Carus Dresden (Anlage 5) ergänzt / konkretisiert werden, sowie wiederum ergänzend die Regelungen des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches (BGB) in der bei Zuschlagserteilung gültigen Fassung.
