Auf dem innerstädtischen Grundstück der Königsegg-Grundschule in Immenstadt wird die bestehende Sporthalle zurückgebaut und durch einen Ersatzneubau mit Sporthalle, Verwaltung für Schule und Hort, Kinderhort und Mensa ersetzt. Die beengte innerstädtische Lage erfordert eine kompakte Lösung am Standort der bisherigen Halle. Im Neubau entstehen eine Einfeldsporthalle mit Nebenräumen im Untergeschoss, Verwaltungsräume für Schule und Hort im Erdgeschoss sowie ein zweigeschossiger Hortbereich für ca. 250 Kinder in den beiden Obergeschossen. Eine Mensa mit Küche für ca. 105 Kinder befindet sich ebenfalls im 2. OG. Die Nutzung erfolgt durch Grundschule, Hort und Ganztagsklassen. Die Anbindung an den Bestand erfolgt barrierefrei mit einem neuen Aufzug im Neubau. Begleitende Umbauten im Schulgebäude ermöglichen die Umnutzung bestehender Horträume für Ganztagsklassen. Die Fachräume im UG-Bestand bleiben erhalten und stehen ebenfalls auch dem Hort zur Verfügung. Der Neubau wird in Massiv- und Holzbauweise errichtet. Die Sporthalle und das EG bestehen aus Stahlbeton, die Obergeschosse aus Holzrahmen- und Holztafelbau. Das Dach ist als versetztes Pultdach mit Gründach und Blechdeckung ausgeführt. Die Fassade kombiniert Faserzementplatten und Holzverkleidung. Die Außenanlagen werden neu strukturiert. Es entstehen eingefriedete Freiflächen für Schule und Hort, sowie ein neuer Allwetterplatz. Im Rahmen dieser Maßnahmen sind auch Arbeiten bzgl. Plattenfassaden notwendig.
