    Erweiterung des Bethanien Bildungszentrums für Gesundheitsfachberufe: Leistungen der Fachplanung für Technische Ausrüstung mit den Anlagengruppen 1: Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen (KG 410), 2: Wärmeversorgungsanlagen (KG 420), 3: Lufttechnische Anlagen (KG 430), 8: Gebäudeautomation (KG 480) und mit den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI 2021 mit stufenweiser Beauftragung; Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3. Ein Anspruch auf Übertragung weiterer Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Der aktuelle Terminplan sieht eine Beauftragung und den Beginn der Stufe 1 Anfang März 2027 vor. Das Budget der KG 200 bis 700 beträgt rd. 12,4 Mio. EUR brutto.
