Lot LOT-0001: Gemeinde Nufringen - Investorenwettbewerb über die Errichtung von Doppelhäusern
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist daher die Auswahl eines Investors für die Flurstücke 1554/1 und 1554/2 im Wohngebiet Gansäcker im Rahmen einer Konzeptvergabe. Der auszuwählende Investor soll die angebotene Fläche von insgesamt 1190,86 m² kaufen und nach näherer Maßgabe seines Konzepts bebauen. Hierbei hat der Investor insbesondere die Vorgaben der Gemeinde Nufringen aus dem Bebauungsplan sowie die Satzung über den Bebauungsplan zu beachten. Der Investor hat überdies folgende städtebauliche Kennwerte und Vorgaben insbeson-dere zu beachten: - Auf dem Grundstück sind Doppelhäuser zu errichten. Die von den Investoren eingereichten Konzepte werden verpflichtender Bestandteil des notariell zu beurkundeten Kaufvertrags. Dabei gelten folgende Ziele: - ein zukunfts- und sozialorientiertes innovatives Wohnbauvorhaben zu schaffen, - nachhaltige und ökologische Standards einzuhalten, Vorgesehener Vertragsschluss ist bis spätestens Frühjahr 2027 vorgesehen. Die bezugsfertige Fertigstellung der Neubauten muss spätestens drei Jahre nach Vertragsschluss erfolgen. Der Mindestkaufpreis beträgt 830 Euro je m2 Grundstücksfläche und daher 988.530,00 Euro.
