    1. Beschaffungsgegenstand Beschafft werden soll eine leistungsstarke Workstation zur Analyse, Visualisierung und Auswertung hochauflösender 3D- und 4D-Bildserien aus dem konfokalen Laser-Scanning-Mikroskop. Die Workstation dient als zentrale Auswertestation für große und datenintensive wissenschaftliche Bilddatensätze. 2. Anwendungsbereich Die Workstation wird in Forschungsprojekten der Zellbiologie, Biomaterialwissenschaft, 3D-Zellkultur, des Gewebeengineerings und weiterer bildgebender Anwendungen eingesetzt. Sie soll insbesondere Z-Stacks und Zeitreihen verarbeiten, 3D-Rekonstruktionen und quantitative Bildanalysen ermöglichen sowie die Erstellung publikationsfähiger Darstellungen unterstützen. 3. Funktionale Anforderungen Das System (Hard- und Software) muss insbesondere geeignet sein für: - effiziente Verarbeitung großer Bilddatensätze bis hin zu projektbezogenen Datenmengen im Terabyte-Bereich - 3D- und 4D-Visualisierung von Z-Stacks und Zeitrafferaufnahmen - Segmentierung und Analyse von Zellen und Geweben - quantitative Bildanalyse - Export hochauflösender Bilder und Analysedaten in gängigen wissenschaftlichen Formaten - Nutzung durch mehrere berechtigte Benutzerkonten mit geeigneter Zugriffssteuerung 4. Technische Grundanforderungen Gefordert wird ein System mit folgenden grundlegenden Eigenschaften: - technische Eignung für Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit; eine Windows-Lizenz ist nicht Bestandteil des Lieferumfangs - für rechenintensive Bildanalyse geeignete Mehrkern-Prozessorplattform - dedizierte leistungsfähige Grafiklösung für 3D-/4D-Visualisierung und GPU-beschleunigte Analyse - ausreichend dimensioniertem Arbeitsspeicher für große Bilddatensätze - leistungsfähigem lokalem Arbeits- und Zwischenspeicher - geeigneten Netzwerk- und Datenschnittstellen zur Anbindung an LSM, zentralen Datenspeicher und Hochschulnetz - geeigneten Sicherheits- und Zugriffsmechanismen für den Betrieb in der Hochschul-IT 5. Leistungsumfang Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - Lieferung der vollständigen Workstation einschließlich der im Leistungsverzeichnis geforderten Hardware sowie Software- und Lizenzbestandteile - Installation und Konfiguration der vereinbarten Treiber und Softwarekomponenten - Integration in die vorgesehenen Netzwerk- und Speicherstrukturen in Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber - vollständige Dokumentation - betriebsbereite Übergabe mit Funktionsnachweis 6. Besondere Hinweise - Erforderliche Stromversorgung, Kühlung, Netzwerkvoraussetzungen und sonstige Umgebungsbedingungen sind im Angebot auszuweisen. - Die Integration in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen ist zu dokumentieren. Bauseitige Voraussetzungen und Schnittstellen sind eindeutig zu benennen. - Die vom Anbieter geschuldete Systemintegration umfasst nur die im Leistungsverzeichnis ausdrücklich geforderten Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkteile.
