  1. Lot LOT-0000: Rahmenvereinbarung Mäharbeiten Herbst Winter im Bezirk der SM-Burgwedel 2027-2030

    Im Bezirk der Straßenmeisterei Burgwedel sollen die Gräben im Extensivbereich gemäht werden . Dies betrifft straßenbegleitende Grabenfelder , Böschungen , Mulden sowie die Flächen zwischen dem Ende der Bankettmäharbeiten und der Grenze zum Nachbargrundstück. Die Mähfläche beginnt an der straßenseitigen Grabenkante und endet an der anliegerseitigen Grundstücksgrenze, ca. 50 cm von der feldseitigen Grabenkante. Der Abstand der straßenseitigen Grabenkante bis zum Fahrbahnrand beträgt max. 3,00 m. Die Grabensohlen liegen 0,80 bis 4,00 m tiefer als das jeweilige Straßenniveau, die Böschungsneigungen haben ein Neigungsverhältnis von 1:1 bis 1:1,5. Der Bewuchs besteht aus Rasen und diversen Wildkräutern. Die Mäharbeiten sind von der Kreisstraße, dem Radweg oder vom Gehweg aus durchzuführen. Behinderungen durch Verkehrszeichen, Leitpfosten, Einbauten, Schutzplanken, Bäume usw. sind in die Einheitspreise einzurechnen. Der vorhandene Baumbestand beträgt 10 bis 25 m. Die Gräben hinter den Bäumen bzw. Einrichtungen sind im gleichem Mähbild zu mähen. Die Erschwernisse hierzu sind in die Einheitspreise einzurechnen und werden nicht extra vergütet. Die Verkehrssicherung erfolgt auf Anordnung der im Bereich der SM Burgwedel zuständigen Verkehrsbehörden. Die Beschilderung richtet sich nach der "Richtlinie für die Sicherung von Arbeitsstellen (RSA)". Es handelt sich um einen Rahmenvertrag mit einer Vertragslaufzeit zunächst bis 29.02.2028 mit der Option auf Verlängerung um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr, längstens jedoch bis zum 28.02.2030. Grundsätzlich ist pro Winterperiode von einem Mährdurchgang auszugehen, bei Bedarf können zusätzliche Arbeiten erfolgen. Insgesamt sind etwa 1.151.277 m² Grabenfelder pro Durchgang zu mähen. Die Arbeiten sind in der Zeit vom 20.01.2027 bis 28.02.2027 & 01.10.2027 bis 29.02.2028 auszuführen bzw. optional bei Verlängerung der Vetragslaufzeit vom 01.10.2028 bis 28.02.2029 & 01.10.2029 bis 28.02.2030. Das in Aussicht genommene (geschätzte) Auftragsvolumen (o. Umsatzsteuer) beträgt für den genannten Gesamtzeitraum 472.510,80 €. Der Höchstauftragswert beträgt 708.766,20 €.
