From the notice
Das in den 50er Jahren von sportbegeisterten Bürgern in Eigenleistung erstellte Freibad zeigt in zunehmendem Maße Reparaturnotwendigkeiten und augenscheinlich erhöhten baulichen und anlagentechnischen Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsbedarf. In den vergangenen Jahren haben sich die Regelwerke zum Teil grundlegend geändert, das Nutzungsverhalten, vordringlich die Vermeidung von Nutzerkonflikten, stellt heute völlig andere Anforderungen an die Disposition einer Badeeinrichtung und die Organisation des Betriebes als noch zur Errichtungszeit des Freibades. Das Freibad am Erleborn liegt am nördlichen Ortsrand leicht außerhalb der Kernstadt Homberg (Efze). Es liegt idyllisch in der Natur und gliedert sich unauffällig ein, welches den Charme des Bades ausmacht. Das Grundstück weist ein geneigtes Gelände auf. Zwischen dem Eingangsbereich und dem Schwimmbecken liegt ein Höhenunterschied von ca. 7m vor. Ziel des zweiten Bauabschnittes ist der Neubu eines Multifunktionsgebäudes, dass folgende Funktionen enthält (unter Berücksichtigung aller wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkte): 1. Haupteingang mit Kassenautomat, bzw. Kassenfunktion 2. Kiosk mit Verkauf von Speisen und Getränken sowohl für Freibad Besucher, als auch für Wanderer und Touristen. 3. Aufenthaltsbereich innen & außen vor dem Freibad 4. Multifunktionsraum, der individuell nutzbar ist für DLRG, Besucher, Feiern 5. barrierefreie Sanitärräume - ganzjährig nutzbar 6. Personal-, Sanitär-, Lager- und Technikraum für den Betrieb des Gebäudes 7. Dach im Eingangsbereich dient als Unterstellmöglichkeit für alle Diese Ausschreibung umfaßt den Bereich der Küche (Ausstattung) des zukünftigen Gebäudes.
