Lot LOT-0001: Rahmenvereinbarung SpiceDB Enterprise
Es wird ein einheitliches Zugriffskontroll-Datenbanksystem (SpiceDB Enterprise) für das KONSENS-Verbundprojekt der deutschen Steuerverwaltungen beschafft. Dabei umfasst das Beschaffungsobjekt zeitlich befristete Enterprise-Lizenzen, die zugehörigen Software-Pflege- und Support-Leistungen sowie produktbezogene Trainings- und Beratungsleistungen. Die Lizenzierung erfolgt auf vCPU-Basis. Ziel ist die länderübergreifende Bereitstellung einer hochverfügbaren, skalierbaren und sicherheitsgeprüften ReBAC-Datenbank, die auf Kubernetes/Red Hat OpenShift betrieben wird.
