Der Landkreis Rotenburg (Wümme) und 13 kreisangehörige Kommunen, Städte sowie kommunale Einrichtungen schreibt die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie (teilweise aus erneuerbaren Energien) für die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028 im offenen Verfahren nach GWB und VgV aus. Das ausgeschriebene Gesamtvolumen beläuft sich auf rd. 17,9 GWh/a. Die Vergabe ist in zwei Lose aufgeteilt, wobei für ein Los eine Lieferung von Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien (Grünstrom) ausgeschrieben wird. Angefragt wird eine Belieferung frei Lieferstellen des Kunden, d. h. inkl. Abwicklung der Netznutzung.
