From the notice
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen über die Lieferung der in den Leistungsverzeichnissen/Preisblättern (Anlage C) aufgeführten Bürodrehstühle und Besucher- und Besprechungsstühlen für die Dienststellen, Eigenbetriebe und Schulen der Stadt Karlsruhe. Diese sind im gesamten Stadtgebiet verteilt. Die vorliegende Rahmenvereinbarung kann neben der Stadt Karlsruhe auch von deren verbundenen Unternehmen genutzt werden. Hierzu zählen insbesondere städtische Tochtergesellschaften, Eigenbetriebe, Anstalten des öffentlichen Rechts sowie Stiftungen. Voraussetzung für die Nutzung ist, dass die jeweilige Einrichtung der Stadt Karlsruhe zuzurechnen ist und die Inanspruchnahme der Leistungen zu den in dieser Rahmenvereinbarung festgelegten Bedingungen erfolgt. Die Auftragnehmerin / der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, die Leistungen auch gegenüber den berechtigten Einrichtungen zu den vereinbarten Konditionen zu erbringen.
