  1. Lot LOT-0000: FBT Technische Ausrüstung HLS

    Das Bestandsgebäude A03 mit einer NF von ca. 2.400m2 soll Kernsaniert und im Sinne des Nutzers entsprechend umgebaut werden. Räumliche Anpassungen/Änderungen im Bestand sind hierfür teilweise notwendig. Der Neubauentwurf Gebäude A04 bietet ca. 2.500m² NF, womit der Bedarf des Nutzers abgedeckt werden kann. Die Gebäudestruktur sieht eine effiziente Ausnutzung der Flächen vor. Angestrebt wird die Errichtung von Kombibüros mit individuellen Zellenbüros entlang der Fassaden und kommunikativer Kombizone im Kern mit reduziertem Platzbedarf, da so eine Mehrfachnutzung des Kernbereiches stattfinden kann. Das Gebäude ist eine Baumaßnahme des Bundes, folgernd wird eine Zertifizierung nach BNB 'Silber' angestrebt. Gebäude A03 (Sanierung): - Gepl. Leistungsumfang: Sanierung/Umbau - L/B/H= ca. 60,00m/17,00m/18,50m (OK First) - Geschosse: KG+ EG+ 1.OG+ 2.OG+ DG Gebäude A04 (Rückbau+Neubau): - Gepl. Leistungsumfang: Abbruch/Neubau - L/B/H= ca. 41,00m/17,00m/15,00m (OK Attika) - Geschosse: TG+ EG+ 1.OG+ 2.OG+ SG Für die oben beschriebene Maßnahme soll die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Anlagengruppen 1-3, LPH 2-9 gem. §53ff HOAI 2013 in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 erfolgen.
