    Die zu beauftragenden Arbeiten beinhalten Rohbauleistungen für den Neubau eines Schulhauses für die Ganztagsbetreuung, Aula- und Mensabereich und Fachklassen (Baukörper D) sowie im bestehenden Schulhaus/Verwaltungsgebäude (Baukörper A) statische Rohbaumaßnahmen und zur Herstellung der Barrierefreiheit im Gebäude u.a. die Herstellung eines Aufzugsschachtes. Die zu beauftragenden Leistungen bestehen aus folgenden Arbeiten: - Baustelleneinrichtung (Einrichtung einer BE-Fläche mit Kranstellung, Büro- u. Sanitärcontainer) - Einrichten Baustrom-/Bauwasseranschlüsse - Stellen Bauzaun mit Tor en ca. 300 lfm - Schutzmaßnahmen Einfahrt u.a. ca. 75 m² Gebäude A: - Ausbau Bestandsfenster u. Verschluss Öffnungen im EG und KG ca. 20 Stck. - Freilegung und Abbruch Lichtschächte KG ca. 12,50 m³ - Statischer Abbruch / Neuerstellung - MW-Wände ca. 40 m² - Herstellen Wandöffnungen ca. 5 Stck. - Einbau Stahlträger ca. 18 lfm - Öffnen Bodenplatte für Aufzugsschacht und neue Streifenfundamente ca. 25 m² - Schachtung für Aufzugsunterfahrt mit Kleingerät/ Handschachtung ca. 4,5 m³ - ggf. Unterfangung tragende MW-Wand KG, Tiefe ca. 0,80 m unter OKBoPl ca. 4,50 lfm - Stb.-Arbeiten (Unterfahrt, Ergänzung BoPla) ca. 13 m³ - Herstellen Aufzugsschacht, gemauert über 3 Etagen, weitere Mauerarbeiten ca. 45 m³ - Herstellen Deckenöffnungen für Aufzugsschacht ca. 7,50 m² - Tieferlegung Teilbereich Decke üKG (Ausbau Bestandsdecke und Neuherstellung) ca. 8,60 m² Gebäude D: - Erdarbeiten (Aushub Fundament- u. Leitungsgräben) ca. 60 m³ - Herstellungen Grundleitungen unter dem neuen Gebäude ca. 100 lfm - mit Anschluss an neues Leitungsnetz, Kontrollen etc. - Herstellung Bodenplatte mit Aufzugsunterfahrt ca. 415 m² - Herstellung Stb-Außenwände als Halbfertigteilelemente mit außenseitigen Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 295 m² - Herstellung Geländestützwand in Verlängerung zu BK K ca. 25 m² - Herstellung Aufzugsschacht (Ortbeton) über 2 Etagen ca. 22 m³ - Herstellung Decke üKG als Filigrandecke ca. 385 m² - Herstellung Stb.-Sockel EG, b/h 16/53 ca. 25 lfm - Verfüllung Arbeitsräume ca. 1.280 m³
