DE: Das Bundesamt für Auswärtige Angelegenheiten (BfAA) beabsichtigt, in Bangkok (Thailand) einen Neubau für die Deutsche Botschaft zu errichten. Vor der Festlegung der Vergabestrategie soll erkundet werden, wie der Markt das Projekt einschätzt – insbesondere zum Zuschnitt der Leistungen, zum Zusammenwirken lokaler und internationaler Unternehmen und zur Vertragsgestaltung. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Vergabeverfahren. Aufträge werden hier nicht vergeben. Die Teilnahme ist unverbindlich und kostenlos. Sie ist keine Voraussetzung für die Beteiligung an einem späteren Vergabeverfahren und führt auch nicht zum Ausschluss davon. Interessierte Unternehmen reichen bis zum 13.11.26 das Formblatt (Anlage 2) über diese Plattform ein. Anschließend wird mit jedem Unternehmen ein Einzelgespräch geführt. Ein umfangreicher schriftlicher Beitrag ist nicht erforderlich. Angaben zum Projekt enthält die Projektpräsentation (Anlage 3), Einzelheiten zum Verfahren die Verfahrensinformation (Anlage 1). Fragen sind ausschließlich über die Kommunikationsfunktion der Plattform zu stellen. Antworten von allgemeiner Bedeutung werden allen Interessenten zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterlagen liegen in deutscher und englischer Sprache vor. EN: The German Federal Office for Foreign Affairs (Bundesamt für Auswärtige Angelegenheiten, BfAA) intends to construct a new building for the German Embassy in Bangkok (Thailand). Before setting the procurement strategy, we would like to understand how the market evaluates the project – particularly regarding the scope of services, the cooperation between local and international firms, and the contract design. This is not a procurement procedure. No contracts will be awarded as part of this process. Participation is voluntary, non-binding and free of charge. Participation is not a prerequisite for taking part in any subsequent procurement procedure, nor will non-participation result in exclusion from such a procedure. Interested companies are invited to submit the completed form (Annex 2) via this platform by November 13th 2026. We will then hold an individual meeting with each company. No exten-sive written submission is required. Information about the project is provided in the Project Presentation (Annex 3), while details of the process are set out in the Procedural Information (Annex 1). Please submit any questions exclusively via the communication function of this platform. An-swers to questions of general relevance will be made available to all interested parties. The documents are available in both German and English.
