  1. Lot LOT-0000: BVG Ticket-App (Frontend) - Rahmenvertrag

    Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung einer Ticket-App. In dieser Ausschreibung wird ausschließlich eine neue Version der Ticket-App gefordert und beschrieben. Die App "BVG Tickets" bietet Smartphone-Nutzern mit den Betriebssystemen Android und iOS (Apple) einen besonders einfachen und schnellen Ticketkauf an. Die Ticket-App (Android und iOS, im Folgenden "App" genannt) soll User zentriert und auf optimale User Experience ausgerichtet werden. Eine einfache, klare Menüstruktur zählen ebenso wie der besonders einfache und schnelle Ticketkauf mit möglichst wenig Eingaben sowie die Registrierung mit Drittanbieterzahlarten dazu. Die Ticket-App soll komplett neu umgesetzt werden. Dabei sollen Erfahrungswerte aus der Nutzung und dem Betrieb in die Neuentwicklung einfließen. Für den Ticketkauf wird das vorhandene Ticketing-Backend der BVG über eine API angebunden. Die Konzeptions- und Implementierungsphase sowie die Betriebs- und Weiterentwicklungsphase werden zunächst für insgesamt 3 Jahre beauftragt. Nach Ablauf der 3 Jahre kann die BVG einseitig den Vertrag 4 mal bis zu 1 Jahr verlängern.
