  1. Lot LOT-0000: Laufhalle Robert Koch Freianlagenplanung

    Der Sportkomplex "Robert-Koch-Straße" ist ein weitläufiges Sportareal, Sitz des Bundesstützpunktes Leichtathletik (Mehrkampf) und ist Olympiastützpunkt des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt. Für diesen Sportkomplex soll ein Ersatzneubau für die bestehende, baufällige Lauf- und Sprunghalle erfolgen. Das Bestandsgebäude befindet sich an der Grundstücksgrenze zum Schwalbenweg 21 bis 25. Nach Abriss des Gebäudes soll an etwa gleicher Stelle der Ersatzneubau errichtet werden. Das Gebäude wird unter der Prämisse der Nutzung für Sportzwecke (Leichtathletik) geplant und errichtet. Grundlegend dient das Gebäude den Anforderungen an Sportstätten. Mit der Errichtung des Ersatzneubaus mit verschiedenen Funktionsräumen sind die Freianlagen in diesem Bereich neu zu gestalten. Der Planbereich umfasst eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 6.600m². Die Zuwegungen werden in gepflasterter Bauweise in den Bestand des Gesamtkomplexes barrierefrei eingepasst und neu hergestellt. Die Feuerwehrzufahrt und deren Bewegungsflächen entsprechen dem Brandschutzkonzept. Vorhandene Garagen wurden abgebrochen und sollen durch neu zu errichtende Gerätehäuser ersetzt werden. Entsprechend der Stellplatzsatzungen und deren Nachweise sind PKW- und Fahrradstellplätze zu errichten. Eine vorhandene und bereits zurückgebaute Natursteinmauer wird neu errichtet. Ein Baum wurde mit Genehmigung bereits gefällt, weitere Bäume sind zu schützen und Ersatzpflanzungen sind durchzuführen. Die Einfriedung des Geländes ist nach Abschluss der Baumaßnahme zu erneuern.
