  1. Lot LOT-0001: Sanierung Haus II Gymnasium in Bad Salzungen - Objektplanung Gebäude

    Der Wartburgkreis beabsichtigt die umfassende Sanierung und Modernisierung des Hauses II des Staatlichen Gymnasiums "Dr. Sulzberger" in Bad Salzungen, Otto-Grotewohl-Straße 79. Das Gebäude wird derzeit von ca. 400 Schülerinnen und Schülern genutzt. Die Sanierung soll insbesondere dazu beitragen, den Schulstandort langfristig zu sichern, bestehende bauliche und technische Defizite zu beseitigen, die Energieeffizienz des Gebäudes deutlich zu verbessern sowie den Energieverbrauch und die damit verbundenen Treibhausgasemissionen zu reduzieren. Darüber hinaus sollen die technischen Anlagen an die heutigen Nutzungsanforderungen angepasst und zeitgemäße, gute Lern- und Aufenthaltsbedingungen für Schülerinnen, Schüler und Lehrkräfte geschaffen werden. Die Barrierefreiheit soll entsprechend den gesetzlichen und funktionalen Anforderungen weiterentwickelt werden. Die sich aus dem derzeit in Erstellung befindlichen Brandschutzkonzept ergebenden Anforderungen sind in der weiteren Planung zu berücksichtigen und umzusetzen. Darüber hinaus soll eine nachhaltige so-wie ressourcenschonende Gebäudenutzung gewährleistet werden. Zudem sind die langfristigen Betriebs- und Lebenszykluskosten angemessen zu berücksichtigen. Es werden die folgenden Leistungen ausgeschrieben: - Objektplanung Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI sowie in weiteren Losen: - Planung der technischen Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI HLS - Planung der technischen Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI ELT Es wird von einem Gesamtkosten in Höhe von ca. 5,0 Mio. EUR (brutto) ausgegangen Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. Ziel ist es, die Bearbeitung der Planung/Objektüberwachung für das Gesamtvorhaben im Zeitraum 03/2027 - 12/2030 zu erbringen und abzuschließen. Zeitplan: - Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen ab März 2027 - Bearbeitung LPH 1 - 4 April 2027 bis September 2027 - Bearbeitung LPH 5 - 8 Oktober 2027 bist Dezember 2023 - Geplanter Baubeginn August 2028 - Geplante Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme Dezember 2030
