Lot LOT-0001: Rahmenvertrag Mobilfunk
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über Mobilfunkdienstleistungen für die IHK GDi als Auftraggeberin sowie die bezugsberechtigten Organisationen der IHK-Gruppe. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Bereitstellung von Mobilfunk-Sprach- und Datentarifen, SIM- und eSIM-Lösungen, Multi-SIM-Funktionalitäten, nationale und internationale Datenkommunikation einschließlich 5G-Nutzung, Rufnummernportierungen sowie die Administration und Betreuung der Mobilfunkanschlüsse über ein Online-Portal. Die Rahmenvereinbarung richtet sich an die 79 Industrie- und Handelskammern, die DIHK, die IHK GDi sowie weitere bezugsberechtigte Organisationen mit insgesamt rund 11.000 potenziellen Nutzenden. Zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung wurden innerhalb der IHK-Gruppe rund 4.600 Mobilfunkverträge genutzt, davon etwa 460 Anschlüsse bei der IHK GDi. Bestandteil der Leistung sind zudem die Migration bestehender Mobilfunkanschlüsse einschließlich Rufnummernübernahme, die Bereitstellung von Service- und Supportleistungen, die Gewährleistung definierter Service-Level, umfassende Datenschutz- und Informationssicherheitsanforderungen sowie ein strukturiertes Exit-Management zum Vertragsende. Die Vertragslaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 36 Monate mit einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption um weitere 12 Monate.
