Lieferung von Kabelschutzrohren DA 250 mm inkl. Formteile Der Lieferant verpflichtet sich hiermit, Kabelschutzrohre einem Außendurchmesser von 250 mm und einer Wanddicke von mindestens 14,8 mm (Rohrserie SDR 17) einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Formteile (insbesondere Bögen, Muffen, Übergangs- und Reduzierstücke sowie Endkappen; zusammen mit den Rohren die "Vertragswaren") nach Maßgabe der in Anlage 1 ("Anlage Preisblatt") bezeichneten und näher spezifizierten Anforderungen sowie der weiteren Bestimmungen dieses Rahmenvertrages über die Lieferung von Kabelschutzrohren ("Vereinbarung") an den Erwerber zu liefern.
