Lot LOT-0001: Landschaftsbauarbeiten
Abbruch und Neubau des Berufsbildungszentrums (BBZ II) der Handwerkskammer (HWK) Rheinhessen. Der Neubau ist zweigeschossig und teilunterkellert. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Garten- und Landschaftsbauarbeiten. Beschreibung der Beschaffung (Art und Umfang der Dienstleistung bzw. Angabe der Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen) Das Baugrundstück liegt im Geltungsbereich des Bebauungsplans He128 und befindet sich im Gewerbegebiet Mainz-Hechtsheim Ost. Der Neubau besteht aus wiederholenden Bausteinen, die L-förmig dem Grundstückszuschnitt folgend angeordnet sind. Entlang der Robert- Kochstraße wird die fachpraktische Ausbildung kammartig an einer Magistrale angeordnet. Die Verwaltungsbereiche werden an der Dekan Laist Straße angeordnet. Das Vorfeld im Norden an der Dekan Laist Straße wird für den ruhenden oberirdischen Verkehr (Fahrräder und Besucherstellplätze) genutzt, Eine interne Straße erschließt alle Werkstätten. Grundstückszufahrten sind im Norden, vorbei am Haupteingang und im Süden geplant. Entlang der westlichen Grundstücksgrenze wird ein eingeschossiges Nebengebäude erstellt, welches als Außenlagerbenutzt wird.
