Beschreibung vor der Änderung: Das vorliegende Los beinhaltet die Leistungen für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung für die Gewerke Sanitär - ,Heizung - , Lüftung - , und Kältetechnische Anlagen für das Betriebsgebäude, die Werkstatt und die Feinsiebung. Beschreibung nach der Änderung: Zur Errichtung des Objektes "Betriebsgebäude" sind zusätzliche Leistungen für die Hygienereinigung von Rohrleitungen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung erforderlich geworden. Vertraglich waren hierzu keine Leistungen vereinbart. Planerisch waren diese Leistungen nicht vorgesehen, da sich die Erforderlichkeit dieser Leistung erst im Zuge des Baufortschrittes ergeben hat.
