    Die Stadt Schwedt/Oder plant die Sanierung des Theaterhauses, Berliner Straße 46-48, 16303 Schwedt/Oder. Es handelt sich um ein bestehendes Gebäude in Stahlbetonskelettbauweise mit Mauerwerkswänden. Das gesamte Gebäude ist unterkellert. Das Dach ist als Flachdach in 3 Ebenen ausgeführt. Abmaße des Gebäudes: ca. 65 m lang und ca. 55 m breit, Dachhöhen bis ca. 25,5 m über OK Gelände. Sämtliche Räume sind um den zentralen Zuschauersaal mit Hauptbühne angeordnet. Über der Bühne befindet sich ein Bühnenturm bis in das 6. Obergeschoss. Der vordere (öffentlichen) Bereich besteht aus einem Kellergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Dieser Bereich ist in nordwestlicher Richtung zur Berliner Straße orientiert. Im Hinteren (nichtöffentlichen) Bereich sind die Etagen um ein halbes Stockwerk versetzt angeordnet. Dieser Gebäudeteil besteht aus einem Kellergeschoss, Erdgeschoss und 2 Obergeschossen. Kurzbeschreibung: Die geplanten baulichen Eingriffe zur Sanierung des Theaterhauses erfolgen unter folgenden wesentlichen Schwerpunkten: - Energetische Sanierung der Glasfassaden - Umbau und Sanierung der Funktionsräume und des Foyers im 1. OG - Statische und energetische Sanierung der Dächer - Sanierung Heizungsanlage, Kühltechnik, Elektroinstallation und entsprechende Anpassung der Gebäudeautomation - Wiederherstellung der bauzeitlichen Garderoben in Verbindung der Verlegung der Spielstätte "Theaterklause" an die Hauptfront des Hauses Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz Das Los 12 - Rohbau umfasst folgende Leistungen: - Abbruch - Herstellung von Türöffnungen in Mauerwerk - Durchbrüche - Erdarbeiten - Mauerwerkswände - Betonarbeiten - Estricharbeiten - Putz- und Stuckarbeiten Geplante Realisierungszeit: 17. April 2026 - 03.September 2026
