    Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Instandsetzung im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2029 des Systems KPz Leopard 2A6 / A6A1 / A6M in der Instandhaltungsstufe 4 mit folgenden Materialnummern (NSN): 123495239 123561326 123629655 123629656 Das prognostizierte Volumen beträgt für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2029 6 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86. Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 4 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 werden. Die Obergrenze für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 6 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 und 4 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82. Sobald die Obergrenze erreicht ist verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirksamkeit. Optional kann die Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 31.12.2030 verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption 1). Zusätzlich können im Verlängerungszeitraum 1 maximal bis zu 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 und 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber hat keine Verpflichtung zur Beauftragung der optionalen Systeme.
