BA, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI (Gebäude und Innenräume), Das Vorhaben umfasst die Unterbringung von Landesbehörden in einem bestehenden Gebäude durch umfangreiche Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen. Die Arbeiten beinhalten den Umbau von Gemeinschafts- und Sanitärräumen, Büro- und Lagerflächen, den Austausch der Beleuchtung auf LED, die Erneuerung von Bodenbelägen und Oberflächen, die Aufrüstung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur sowie die Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Brandschutzkonzepten. Darüber hinaus sind die Instandsetzung und der Umbau von Zugangseinrichtungen und Überwachungsanlagen, die Installation einer PV-Anlage und die Sicherheitsaufrüstung der Gebäudehülle samt Umzäunung des Geländes geplant. Die Maßnahmen bauen auf bereits durchgeführten Erneuerungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) und anderen Umbauten in den Jahren 2010-2015 auf.
