F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg. Mit rund 2.200 Mitarbeitenden ist es an über 200 Standorten für Menschen da. Am Standort W 533 Buxtehuder Str. 31 soll ein Wohngebäudes Gebäudeklasse 5 bestehend aus 5 Obergeschossen mit einer Höhe von 15,75 m entstehen.
