From the notice

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Montage und Herstellung der technischen Anlagen in den dezentralen Technikräumen der Baufelder MU2 und MU4 im Innovationsquartier Prinz-Leopold-Kaserne, wovon 6 auf das Baufeld MU2 und 5 auf MU4 entfallen. Die Häuser je Baufeld werden über Fernwärmeübergabestationen mit Heizlasten von 30 bis 140 kW sowie Booster Wärmepumpen mit thermischen Leistungen von 18 bis 77 kW mit nachgeschaltetem Heizungswasser-Pufferspeicher zur dezentralen Trinkwarmwasserbereitung versorgt. Die Anlagen werden an ein Wärmenetz mit den Temperaturen von 43/33 °C Vorlauf/Rücklauf im Winter und 35/25 °C im Sommer angeschlossen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören die Wärmeübergabestationen, Wärmepumpen, sämtliche erforderlichen Rohrleitungen mit Dämmung, Armaturen, Regel-, Mess- und Zähleinrichtungen, Befestigungen sowie die MSR einschließlich der Anbindung an die übergeordnete Gebäudeleittechnik mit abschließender Prüfung, Inbetriebnahme sowie Wartungsleistungen.
