From the notice
Im Wahrkamp in Fockbek soll eine 8-zügige Kita entstehen, die dem Bedarf der Gemeinde Fockbek gerecht wird. In dem zweigeschossigen Gebäude in L-Form ist ein Flügel für die zwei Krippengruppen gedacht und der andere Flügel beherbergt 6 Elementargruppenräume, von denen ein Raum auch füreine Familiengruppe umgewandelt werden könnte (gemischte Altersklassen von 1-6 Jahren). Beide Flügel verbindet ein offener Eingangsbereich mit flexibel einsetzbarem Multifunktionsraum, dem Leitungsbüro, Hausmeisterwerkstatt und Technikräumen. Eine mögliche Erweiterung des Gebäudes um zwei weitere Gruppenräume bei zukünftig steigendem Bedarf muss mitgedacht werden in der Planung.

Sämtliche Gruppenräume werden gemäß den Anforderungen an Kindertagesstätten mit den notwendigen Ruhe-, Sanitär- und Therapieräumen sowie weiteren Funktionsräumen ausgestattet. Gleiches gilt für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung und die Gestaltung der Außenanlagen. Das Außengelände wird ausreichend dimensioniert und nach Altersgruppen getrennt gestaltet, mit geeigneten Spiel- und Aufenthaltsbereichen. Anhand des Architektenentwurfes soll eine TGA Planung erstellt werden, die einen nachhaltigen, kosteneffizienten und benutzerorientierten Betrieb der Kita ermöglicht. Ein zukünftig möglicher Anbau von zwei Gruppenräumen (Pro Geschoss eine Gruppe) am westlichen Ende des unteren Flügels muss dabei mitgeplant werden.
