From the notice

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Lieferung, Aufbau, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der drei Analysengeräte als 2 separate Lose: Los 1: Flüssigkeitschromatograph (LC) + Gaschromatograph (GC); Los 2: Ionenchromatograph (IC); in beiden Losen jeweils die Einweisung in die Bedienung der Geräte (Schulungen). Projekthintergrund Das Clausthaler Umwelttechnik Forschungszentrum beschafft als eines der 5 innovativen Zentren der TU Clausthal im Rahmen eines aus Bundesmitteln geförderten Forschungsvorhabens (BMBF) die drei oben genannten Geräte. Projektbeschreibung: Gesamtziel des Projektes ist der Nachweis einer gesetzeskonformen und zugleich emissions- armen Phosphor-Rückgewinnung auf einer Kläranlage im großtechnischen Maßstab. Darüber hinaus leistet das zu entwickelnde Verfahren auch durch die Rückführung anderer Stoffe einen besonderen Beitrag zur Kreislaufwirtschaft. Mit Hilfe moderner Analysemethoden soll dabei ein vertieftes Prozesswissen erarbeitet werden um damit die Übertragbarkeit des Verfahrens auf andere Kläranlagen zu verbessern. Außerdem soll die Analytik zukünftig eingesetzt werden, um oftmals unbekannte, toxische oder schwerabbaubare Spurenstoffe, die im fg/l bis µg/l -Bereich vorliegen können, im Sinne der EU-Kommunalabwasserrichtlinie zu bestimmen.

    Gegenstand von Gerät A ist die Lieferung, Aufstellung, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung in ein vollständiges, betriebsfertiges Hochleistungs-Flüssigkeitschromatographie-System mit hochauflösendem Massenspektrometer (LC-MS/MS, nach A1 und A2) für die Analytik gelöster organischer Verbindungen einschließlich organischer Phosphorverbindungen in Abwasser- und Prozessproben, einschließlich der erforderlichen Trennsäulen, der Steuer- und Auswertesoftware sowie der Gewährleistungs-, Service- und Wartungsleistungen. Optional sind Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten mit anzubieten. Ein viertes Wartungsjahr (Service Agreement, 4 Jahre Laufzeit) ist für Los 1 (beide Geräte zusammen) im Preisblatt Los 1 unter "Zusätzliche Wartungspakete" auszuweisen. Gegenstand von Gerät B ist die Lieferung, Aufstellung, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung in ein vollständiges, betriebsfertiges Hochleistungs-Gaschromatographie-System mit hochauflösendem Massenspektrometer (nach A1) für alle GC-Anwendungen im Bereich Quantifizierung und Qualifizierung / Identifikation von unbekannten Verbindungen mit höchster Sensitivität, Massengenauigkeit und dynamischem Bereich für nicht zielgerichtete Analysen.

  2. Lot LOT-0002: IC

    Gegenstand des Loses ist die Lieferung, Aufstellung, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung in ein vollständiges, betriebsfertiges Ionenchromatographie-System (IC) für die Anionen- und Phosphat-Analytik in Abwasser- und Prozessproben, einschließlich der erforderlichen Trennsäulen, eines automatischen Probengebers möglichst mit Inline-Probenfiltration, der Steuer- und Auswertesoftware sowie der Gewährleistungs-, Service- und Wartungsleistungen. Optional bepreisbar sind weitere Probenvorbereitungs- und Detektionsmodule. Ein viertes Wartungsjahr (Service Agreement, 4 Jahre Laufzeit) ist als separate Position auszuweisen.
