From the notice

Durch den Anstieg der Schülerzahlen der Werkrealschule in den vergangenen Jahren, lässt sich der aktuelle Raumbedarf nicht in den bestehenden Flächen des Haupt- und Verwaltungsgebäudes unterbringen. Perspektivisch ist auf Grund von bereits in Umsetzung befindlicher Baugebiete darüber hinaus mit einem weiteren Anstieg zu rechnen. In den vergangenen Jahren wurden bereits regelmäßig bestehende Fachräume umfunktioniert, sodass die nötige Anzahl an Klassen-räumen geschaffen werden konnte. Durch einen Anbau (Bauteil B.1") soll nun Raum für zusätzliche Klassenräume und die benötigten Fachräume geschaffen werden. Darüber hinaus sind auch Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen am Bestandsgebäude (Bauteil B+C) vorgesehen.
