Bauliche Erweiterung des Gymnasiums Paulinum für die Umstellung auf G9 - Bauleistungen (Hochbau) für die Erweiterung eines vierzügigen Gymnasiums (BGF ca. 2.000 qm) in Münster Mitte. Baubeschluss V/[…]. Bereits vergeben sind folgende Gewerke: Rohbauarbeiten, Fensterarbeiten, Dachdeckerarbeiten, Keramikfassade, Innentüren Im weiteren handelt es sich um den Neubau an der Sporthalle auf dem hinteren Schulhof. Hier entstehen für die Umstellung auf G9 weitere Unterrichts- und Differenzierungsräume und ein Selbstlernzentrum. Errichtet wird ein Stahl-Beton-Skelettbau, der im EG aufgeständert ist und 3 Obergeschosse umfasst. Weitere Ausschreibungen, die in den folgenden Monaten veröffentlicht werden: Estrich, Innenputz, Schloßerarbeiten, Fliesenarbeiten, Bodenbelagarbeiten, Schadstoffsanierung (Abbruch Prallschutz in der Sporthalle), Geräteraumtore, Prallschutz, Trennwandanlagen WCs, Malerarbeiten.
