Die Instandhaltung der Anlagen (alle Messquerschnitte zur Datenerfassung (Dauer- zählstellen) an den entsprechenden BAB ab Netzanschluss umfasst insbesondere die Gesamtheit der Maßnahmen zum Bewahren und Wiederherstellen des Soll-Zustandes sowie zum Feststellen und Beurteilen des Ist-Zustandes gem. DIN VDE in der jeweils gültigen Fassung. Der Instandhaltungsvertrag umfasst zudem neu zu errichtende oder durch Umstufung von Straßen hinzukommende Anlagen und Anlagenteile des Auftragnehmers inkl. des gesamten Rechnersystems (Hard- und Software), der Schnittstellen und der drahtlosen Datenkommunikation einschl. der Protokolle / Datenaufbereitung zur Verbindung mit externen Systemen.
