Der Markt Pleinfeld beabsichtigt den nahezu flächendeckenden Ausbau der ausgeschriebenen Adressen des Erschließungsgebietes nach Maßgabe der Richtlinie „Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbau der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland“ vom 31.03.2023 (nachfolgend „Gigabit RL 2.0“). Die erforderlichen Leistungen umfassen die physische Herstellung eines gigabitfähigen Glasfasernetzes bis in die Gebäude der ausgeschriebenen Adressen (FTTB), soweit Gestattungen der Gebäudeeigentümer hierfür vorliegen, andernfalls die Erstellung von Grundstücksanschlüssen. Ausnahme des Projektgebietes bilden der Ortskern von Pleinfeld, Ramsberg und einige wenige Ortsteile, die aus entlegenen Grundstücken im Außenbereich bestehen. Die vorhandene Planung berücksichtigt 1011 Adresspunkte und 72 km Trasse mit 200 km Glasfaserkabel. Aufgaben in diesem Ausbau sind speziell das Anschlussmanagement, der Tiefbau der Trassen, das Liefern und Einbringen von Rohren und Multirohrverbänden, das Stellen von Verzweigern, Schächten und eines POP, das Einbringen von Glasfaserkabeln, sowie die Dokumentation. Das Gesamtvorhaben wird in zwei Losen vergeben.

Gegenstand von Los 1 sind die Tiefbau- und Trassenarbeiten für die Fernstrecken des Gigabitausbaues im Marktgebiet. Die Verlegung der Rohrinfrastruktur hat bevorzugt im Fräs-/ Trenchingverfahren nach DIN 18220 zu erfolgen. Enthalten sind 18 km Trassenbau, Lieferung und Verbau der Leerrohrinfrastruktur, sowie Wiederherstellung der Oberflächen und Dokumentation. Kabelmontage und Hausanschlüsse sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Loses
Lot LOT-0002: Gigabit 2.0, FTTH-Ausbau Markt Pleinfeld, Los 2
Gegenstand von Los 2 ist die Errichtung der passiven Gigabit-Infrastruktur, sowie der Ausbau der Ortsnetze und Hausanschlüsse. Dies umfasst den Tiefbau für ca. 54km Trasse, den Einzug, bzw. das Einblasen der Glasfaserkabel (ca. 200km) im Gesamtnetz (inkl der in Los 1 errichteten Trassen), die Montage von Verteilergehäusen (NVts, sowie die Errichtung von ca. 1011 FTTB Hausanschlüssen nebst Endmontage und Dokumentation. Die Dokumentation aus Los 1 ist in die Gesamtdokumentation einzuarbeiten
