Lot LOT-0001: Externe Kodier
(1)Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die Prüfung sämtlicher stationärer Behandlungsfälle aller Fachabteilungen des Auftraggebers auf das Vorliegen potenzieller Mehrerlöse. Die Prüfung erfolgt auf Grundlage der vom Auftraggeber zur Verfügung gestellten Daten gemäß § 21 KHEntgG. Für Fälle die ein Mehrerlöspotential haben, werden die zugehörigen Patientenunterlagen dem Auftragnehmer zur fallbasierten Prüfung zur Verfügung gestellt.(2)Der Auftraggeber stellt dem Auftragnehmer hierfür mindestens wöchentlich die vollstationären vorkodierten, noch nicht abgerechneten Fälle für die Kodierrevisionen zur Verfügung.(3)Die geschätzte zu überprüfende Menge an stationären Fällen pro Jahr beträgt 80.000. (4)Der Auftragnehmer hat keinen Anspruch auf Abrufe einer Mindestabnahmemenge pro Jahr.
