    Die Gemeinde Neuried plant die Erweiterung und Sanierung des Schulzentrums in Ichenheim/Neuried, das eine Grundschule und eine Realschule umfasst, besonders in Hinblick auf die Ganztagesbetreuung. Planungsschwerpunkt wird die Grundschule sein, jedoch sollen auch Planungsleistungen für die Realschule und die Heizzentrale erbracht werden. Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe von Architektenleistungen. Die Gesamtbausumme wird auf ca. 6-8 Mio Euro brutto geschätzt. Der zu erbringende Leistungsumfang umfasst die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-4 sowie 5-8 (optional 9) gemäß § 35 HOAI für die Planung Gebäude und Innenräume. Der Auftrag soll stufenweise vergeben werden. Der Auftraggeber wird die Leistung mit der Honorarzone III vergüten. Ein Umbauzuschlag wird gewährt werden. Als Referenzen müssen 2 gebaute Projekte aus dem Bereich Schulbau in den letzten 10 Jahren eingereicht werden. Bei mehr als 8 Bewerbungen wird ein Losverfahren durchgeführt werden.
